Product Information

All products are built to order using the best materials to produce a long lasting product, once built they are very sturdy and will give many years of service. I use steel roof sheets for all my products as this is proven to withstand the changeable Scottish weather.

All products are supplied unpainted, however the framing timber is treated direct from the supplier.

Kennels are delivered/supplied in flat pack form with instructions on to how to assemble, only some basic knowledge is needed. If you require me to assemble the kennel please inform me at time of purchase or send an email prior to purchase.

I do not supply a base for my products, bases must be ready before ordering. The best base to use and prepare in advance is concrete or slabs, gravel and gravel grids work best.

RETURNS or DAMAGES

I don't really accept returns, due to the nature of my business. However if a order is cancelled within 14 days of placing the order a full refund will be given. After the 14 days if you wish to cancel the product prior to delivery please contact me asap. If you wish to cancel the order after delivery and payment I will discuss options with you, so please make sure you have measured correctly and chosen the appropriate size for your pet.

If a product was damaged as a result of manufacturing or my delivery I will replace the part. I cannot replace parts if they were collected and damaged in transit. I can replace them at cost.

I do guarantee my products against failure, however some maintenance care and cleaning must be taken to ensure the product does last.

Collection & Discount Information

Angus range discount

Use code collectangus20 for a 20% discount on the full range of Angus kennels.

Delivery is available and rates will be calculated at checkout, however collection will be faster on this range.

You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection, usually the maximum turnaround time on the Angus range is 10 working days.

If you wish to collect a kennel use code collect10 for a 10% discount when placing your order. Please note this applies to the Argyll, Sutherland, Highland, Lothian and Rabbit hutch range.

Please confirm turnaround time upon ordering. Click and collect orders can be ready sooner than the current turnaround time.

Delivery

I currently deliver to Aberdeenshire, Moray, Highlands, Angus and Perthshire. When placing an order please select your county in the shipping option for a delivery quote.

I will contact you when I receive your order to confirm estimated delivery date. Please check current turnaround times before ordering.
